Only products that you can gift platform to platform are allowed on jsp (unless donor forum RL trades) - so I don't think this is allowed sadly...

Photoshop is a paid to use monthly.. so you should try Gimp its a free and similar to photoshop..
There is procreate, krita, sketchbook, etc that are needing to buy so..you better start with gimp
