Havn't done this for years... downloaded PS and made a quick sig.

My background is see through so I have my render popping out of the sig. However when i upload it, the background turns white on this site even though I have it as "empty space" on photoshop..

Do i need to download it in to a certain type of file?

If it is transparent background you are seeking, then save it as a .png file. The file will most likely be too big for JSP standards so you can shrink it with website like https://tinypng.com/

You should to save the file as .png for transparent background, ye

But before than that you should to create the new file with the transparent option ready too

The new issue that you will run into is that your sig is too tall for jsp. The maximum is 150 pixels.

You should remove your signature first sir
Open photoshop and try to resize under 400x150 pixels
Jsp max size is 400x150 under 70kb

Yours is 429 x 231 127kbs
