What filter is this to make the pics look better.

Good quality picture with only playing with basics setting like brighness/contrast/etc
Maybe a green filter/gradient maps "maybe"

Colors don’t seem natural though

You can play with vibrance that is making the color pops out

Only saying this im not a professional too..just saying my opinion if it can help

probably greens because the green looks strange (not natural), edit: also black looks like it was adjusted towards green

try this particular gradient map at some low opacity or linear light/soft light
