I feel very stupid but this problem is extremely frustrating
Basically when I make a new document and set the dimensions to 400x150 pixels, the image appears much smaller than 400 by 150. (will post ss)
so I make my graphic anyways just thinking it will upload looking right, and when I upload it the image size is 400x150 but the quality has been lost.
if anyone can help me with this please let me know. I have alot of experience with photoshop but I have only recently run into this problem while using the newest version of PS and now using a surface pro laptop.

here is what it looks like in PS on my computer

here is after I upload it

then when I actually try to post the image it seems the quality is gone but the size seems right. I don't understand.

Edit: you know what, I think it might just because of the display settings on this surface pro. Can anyone confirm if the image posted looks all fucked off or does it seem like normal resolution.

Make sure resolution is set to 300, it might default to 72.

thanks, I think it is just the display size of this surface pro, just makes everything look smaller than the actual dimensions.
