134 kb is above the limit, not allowed.
Consider not using the solid line border.
The text needs improvement, but to be fair, text is one of the harder things to nail for a sig, especially for beginners.
Are you following any tutorials to help you learn? They can show you some neat tricks or methods.

I've followed a beginner tutorial and a few friends have shown me a few of their tricks.
Do you recommend any videos

Just search something like "sig making tutorial" and either look at the image results, or search videos on youtube.
Pick something that you think looks interesting, something you'd like to make.
There are a whole bunch of different techniques and styles.
I could link some videos, but it might not be a style you're interested in.
If you already have an idea of what kind of style sig you want to learn how to make, add that to your search.

dont do text
i dont like that it's centered, as a beginner i would suggest to stick to rule of thirds.
its mirrored, almost like you did half a sig and mirrored it.
the bear looks awful here. use better and high quality stocks.
the effects around the bear have a little bit of potential, but they too are low quality.
