well I suppose if you want to post my joke art up and make fun of it you owe me some fg.

it's my artwork and it doesn't fall under fair use to just repost it.

Now that i am over initial befuddlement, i think toddler was mocking you for offering (almost scamming) users for "artwork" with that level of skill and quality.
It was most likely posted in mockery more than for personal use and/or any sort of profit.

yes it was posted entirely out of mockery there is no way i'd ever use that for anything, much less personal use or profit.
