There's an obvious miscommunication of terminology, because your request didn't really make sense. A jpeg can be both high or low resolution. Increasing the length/width doesn't technically increase the resolution, because it will produce a blurry, less-sharp image.

Needed to take a low res and make it high res. Made all the images 300dpi

Look it doesn't matter if I don't know the correct terminology. What matters is that I did what this forum failed to with no issues on a free program. Some1 wanted to charge me 60$ . What a joke

Actually it does matter because if you cannot phrase your request properly, you won't get expected result.

But I do understand what you were asking and it is indeed easy to increase resolution of any image given. Just to note that image quality does not scale with it and that was the reference from eric.

Didn't need to scale the images, just needed higher resolution
