Is Adobe Photoshop CC is good for making movie? I mean to say, can it be used as movie maker.

It's more of a picture editor rather than a movie one. But if you want to modify every frame for the entire movie, then sure? I suggest sony vegas pro for editing.

You can edit/make video with PS and it's rather good but obviously limited.
After Effects and Premiere are the best editors in my opinion, especially because can easily interact with any other Adobe product, making the work flow more complete and rich of options.
