Yesterday I worked in Photoshop CC 2014 for a day I was editing large image, then jumped the voltage up and shut down the computer. After switching on, almost all of the data in the file has been corrupted.

Tell me whether you can do something?

What does 'jumped the voltage up' mean?

Can your computer normally handle large files? What is the file size, length/width, and resolution of the PSD? How much ram/memory does your computer have? What processor and video card do you have?

What exactly is corrupted? Describe how the image looks different from what it should look like. Are you unable to work with it at all now?

Have you tried making a copy of the PSD? If you save a jpeg of the image, does it come out looking normal?

Idk but maybe your Computer needs more ram, or you can set the page file system larger, maybe better graphic card? Playing with the voltage doesn't sound like a good idea with such fragile electronics that require specific voltage or you just burn them out.

My file has 6 mb in size.
After voltage jumped up all my work in file was spoilt. Black, white lines around all the working space of file.

I'm sorry I can't help, because there is a communication issue between us. Also, 6MB is about the size of an MP3, so it's not 'large'.

Try to open .psd file in Fireworks and then save it to the same extension, it must be helpful. One more solution can be effective, but only in complicated case, it called PSD Open File Tool, demo is placed on https://www.openfiletool.com/psdopen.html
