or you could just download the font and run the TrueType file and click install, much easier imo

Click>Click>Click=Font Folder Open > Drag and Drop ..takes less than 5 seconds.

What happens after you 'run' the file? Does the file disappear, do you leave it in the downloads folder, or do you then put it in a fonts folder?

no it stays wherever you downloaded it to... also I dont even keep a folder for fonts because once I install them they're in photoshop for good.

*edit Literally all you have to do is click install and you're good to go ... nothing complicated about it whatsoever

You still have to delete the remaining font after installing, because hitting the install button duplicates the font into the same fonts folder I was originally referring to. My process is click, click, click, drag. Your process is double click, click install, then delete.

Describing one process being literally more complicated is pretty trivial, considering we're talking about milliseconds here. Also, my method is technically more user friendly, because not everyone knows you can delete the font after install.

I just download > open with winzip/7zip/winrar > install font > appears in photoshop
they get saved in the temp folder but I clear that out often
