Need to make a few gifs here and there but the sites i found online either require payment or won't let me make the long enough.

I need around 30 seconds to a maximum of 1 min i guess. What program should i look for? Or do you guys know any sites that will let me make longer ones?

I have never used anything besides paint and a really small ammount of photoshop so the easier the better.

I think those 2 didn't fit my criteria.

Imgur allows you to turn video into a gif pretty easy, but I suspect you just have a couple images you think you can turn into a gif but you need the animated still images already made first, do you have the 60 or so images already?

if you're trying to make a gif from a video heres a tut on how to split the video into frames using vlc (free)

and once you get the frames you can animate the gif easily within photoshop, just put the frames in order in the animation screen and choose the length you want between each frame it should do you just fine.
