Trying to get a hang of this.
I use Photoshop CC, Photoshop 7.0 and Image Ready 7.0
I have all my layers toggled on/off when they are/arent visible yet every time I export the image I get this:

I am not sure how you can fix this but it is because after each frame, every past frame stays avtive/visible. You should manually hide previous frames so only one would be active for every one. Haven't encountered such problem in later Photoshop.

Only the visible layer is set to visible. This is why I'm so mind boggled.
I have a .psd if you fix it, ill donate some fg

So i figured out my issue with layers, was my frames. Had them set to "not dispose"
