I realize you want to showcase your coding abilities, but some of the features used on your website aren't really necessary and don't enrich the website viewing experience. The graphic designer, movie maker, and digital artist content could simply be displayed without having to click anything, especially since it's not a lot of information. The color bars showing your skill level don't really convey your ability clearly and seem very arbitrary. I'm glad you're getting rid of the splash page animation, but at the same time you're still making the viewer click something first to get to the content. I think you need more pertinent information first before telling someone to read more. Showcase your art initially or at least something besides just your name.

Ask a native English-speaking person to edit your copy, because it could be expressed more clearly.

Your actual artwork is great, but you just need to work on displaying it better and getting your message out more efficiently.

Here is a fix for your bio: Also known as Kenshin. I am a Young amateur graphic designer. I was born in Poland and currently studying there, I'm enthusiastic about fantasy and dark fantasy worlds which are my prime source of inspiration for my artwork. I love working with any individual that are also passionate about what they do. In my spare time, I enjoy working on my side projects like band covers or illustrations. Feel free to ask me anything about [insert the domain that you can help them with], I will gladly help you out.
