Ok so check, When i try to do the clipping mask and all that to get an image in the blank part, it puts in on that black rim/shadow instead of in the huge empty space
I tried doing an overlay but i need it to fill just one letter.

Will pay fg for answer, unless its basic(like i cant do with this font)

put the layer with the image above the text.
then hold alt between the layers and a small arrow should appear. and after you alt+click between the layers the image should only appear inside the text. and if you want the image to be in only 1 letter you just use a clipping mask on the image.

but maybe your font is different and wont work because of the premade shadow.
hope it helps

if you got any more questions you can pm me

it should look something like this:

Layer mask onli fills what is already colored. You need to color that "S" (Fill it with color) Before masking it.
Right now its just a frame, therefor only the frame will be masked.

Trace the S with the pentool, fill it on another layer, clip the image to this layer and move them below the original S layer
doesn't take much thinking ^_^
