on computer it's 26.2 kb
on tinypic it's 54.82 kb D:
on imgur it's 25.98 kb
is tinypic adding stuff to my picture that I don't know about?
how can it be smaller on imgur than it is on my computer?
also since when did jpg support animated files?

I'm new to graphic design in every way so cut me some slack pls D:

I don't think jpgs can support animation, if you see a gif labeled as jpg, its probably because the image hosting site changed the extension because the file was too large
Have experienced this with huge .png images on imgur and tinypic, they sometimes get changed to jpg

As for the sizes, can't really answer that, but I have also noticed that they also vary slightly depending on the browser you're using
For example if your sig shows as being 69KB on Firefox, it will probably be 70.xKB on Chrome and even 7x.xx on IE

I see what you're saying about the jpg/gif thing, I saw location .jpg didn't notice it was still a gif
this is what I mean by file bigger in 1 place than another. take a look at the file locations vs sizes (it's not a huge difference between these two but it gets smaller when the file goes online?)

this is the same picture uploaded to tinypic

as you can see the file doubles in size when uploaded to tinypic (why would it do this?)
