Pen tool or quick selection to get the basic shape correct?
Font will be easy to replicate along with color.
It's just cutting out the horses and such.
My selection always comes out wrong or my pen tool looks choppy and not smooth. When I try to smooth it out, it looks faded at the sides.

How do you render guys do it?

Friend got a school parking permit.
I'm curious to see how similar I could actually make one using photo paper with adhesive spray.

Mines already on my car and my friend sent me the photo before she put hers on. So I can't scan it, only possibility is taking a better photo with my phone.

Sticker is 2.25 inches diameter from the longest points

Using basic white, red, and black colors

Use the pentool, and maybe use a soft brush to fix rough edges? You're going to have to cut the end product with scissors anyways, yes?

Also, cut your nails.

go through your channels and see where the strongest contrast is between the shapes you want to mask out.

then dupe that channel, then using ctrl + m or cmd + m , do a curve on that new channel to increase the contrast further, until you have a 0 dot white, and solid black.

there you have made your selection, and an accurate one that at. If its too sharp, just simply select the mask used and add a slight gaussian blur.
