No I do not have photoshop. Everything is hand drawn and can be colored on paper or on the computer.

I literally just got back into RS and this site, yeah its been awhile. So lead me to the right forum. I can 100% guarantee that I am not a scam. Tags are tags which I don't agree with on a lot of sites, being scammed myself multiple times by "trusted" people. I have some people to vouch for me.

On the real what he means is a person with a trusted tag must make the thread for you, thats it You still have complete control.
Hosting a service wont get you a trusted tag either.
