Hey, essentially I want to know what the term is for creating an image that has sections of the image leading (can be clicked on) to other images. - also wondering the best method to go about creating this to implement on a website

Essentially I'm trying to create a technical diagram and want to be able to explain/break down each complex part by having the individual part/image be linked from the main diagram.
