I'd like to use like 3-4 signature at once and that they change every 5 seconds or so.

Not sure i understand what u mean

Gif is animated format, you can put it into your signature (making it with some free programs is easy).
You need to put there one signature as clip and set it time at, for example 5s, do same with another, since completed. But care, cuz gif is just 256 colors format, so you may lose colors.
