How can I mimic this light effect?

Watched about 10 before I made the thread. Can't seem to find one with what I need. There use to be a tut on here for this but I can't seem to find it anymore.

well all you have to do is to go in mode animation ( photoshop ) with your finished signature or avatar and duplicate many layers or your image so now you can just copy the light effect you want and 1 image per 1 you move it. i guess 10 image would be enough. to forget to save as .gif.
e/ You can change the animation frame between an image, to go faster or lower.

Yours is about 10 fotograms. Make 10 images that resemble that pic and use the animation window. I can do it for you in about 5 mins.

Its all good I want to learn the process myself. I actually have done this a few times in the past but I haven't used PS in quite some time.

Appreciate the info, this brings back a few memories on how I've done it.

This is done much easier than how they described. Give me a minute to make a quick img tutorial on how I do it.
