You definitely need to increase your selection of fonts. You need a lot more practical sans serif fonts. When I say 'practical,' I mean letters with more consistent width that don't produce lots of awkward gaps. Definitely download the gotham font family. That 'Voltage' font uses letters that create full circles, while the width of the 'I' is three times smaller. The kerning is also off. Not every letter should have the exact same space between them. Depending on the letter, things need adjusted. Play this game to practice:
http://type.method.ac/Is that 'JAPAN' font myriad? There's really no need to ever use this font for anything. Also, what is the point of the piece besides fine art? It has no application. It can't be used as a logo because of the faded texture, which wouldn't transfer well to many surfaces.
The 'We Are Young' piece has some bothersome sizing/alignment. There's no reason 'We' and 'Are' couldn't be the same size font with the E's aligned. I'd also use a less standard font. What do the dots mean? Should the 3 dots be center aligned with the W?
You need to create some campaigns to show how you're able to take an idea and apply it to multiple applications. That 'Wings For Charity' could definitely transfer into a campaign. You could make a billboard, mailer, posters, etc..
Remove the Blog link if you're not a writer or someone who already keeps a journal. Blogs look terrible when they only receive 1-2 submissions a year.
