I'm looking for someone to design a label to use in my vape juice line. I'm going with something simple.

I would like to use this design as a sort of template (there's a few changes I would want to make):


These requirements would need to be met in order for my label printer to be able to print them:
(Maximum Size: 30.00 MB. Type: ai,eps,pdf,svg,psd,jpg,png,zip,rar)
Vector format (.ai or .eps)
CMYK color (RGB will work, but expect a color shift)
0.1" bleed
300 DPI / PPI
Create outlines for all font/text

*I would also need extra labels with the exact same design but the flavor name would be different or provide me an easy way to add/remove the flavor name myself (preferred method).*
