you're clearly an angered individual, go punch a tree or something.

like 15MB
lowered it under 10mb and saved as tif to upload to imgur.

If you click 'save for web' there are more choices
but if the file is too large it'll warn you... I always disregard the warning though

What version of PS are you using? If it's not showing you options, then definitely use 'Save for Web'. You really shouldn't use tif for non-print use. There's no need to retain that file size.
