whats the best software for graphic design

something like photoshop, dont really have a need for animation or 3d models

is photoshop the best or is there something else that i should look at?

just got adobe photoshop cs2, my sig is the first thing ive ever made lol, had some fun with it

cs2 any good? seems very limited
