I'm overlapping some dbz quotes over a song but the background music urging the quotes are too badly interfering with the song itself. My question is, is there a way to get the raw voice from the show or would that. It be possible.

How is this Graphic design related? Or am I Reading it wrong?

I would say it depends on if you have the original files. When you make a Movie you usually have the sound/voice/special fx in diffrent layers as you do when do Graphics/Music etc. Least thats what i did when i was still animating.
Otherwise I spose you are looking for a filter. Filtering takes time tho if you dont have a good program for it.

you cant eq out or filter out background noise from an audiofile, all the frequency are overlapping
you would need the original files like teazle said or some srs audio enginering skillz
