I want it to look perfect though, and I can't do that.. or maybe I can, not sure. I've been working on it for a few days now at least.
Yeah it is a website to promote my business and i see that in there i do step on my own toes a little. Thanks for the advice, any criticism at this point would be critical
doesnt mean come attack me either
First of all, I would suggest you to go for simplicity.
Your current website is a great start.
Personally, I would remove the dog paw's next to the logo... you are repairing computers what do dogs have in common with computers? I would just remove them replace them by nothing.
I understand you might have put there temporary, to remove some "negative space", but in web design negative space is good when you are trying to drag the attention of the user to useful information : your logo and the hyperlinks of the navbar.
Your section : About, is pretty hectic. I don't want to read all of that.
The first line of this page :
This may come off as a flagship of a resume, but it’s the About section of what I do. My real resume is available upon request. If they want to know your resume they will either call and ask, or even request it by e-mail. A pdf url would do a better job.
Your about page looks like a blog to me.. I don't think that's the point of your website, but you could definately put a blog section in there if you would like for this type of information.
About section : Where is this company ? How do i reach you ? What makes your company different than others? etc. should go in there.
Also remove the sections where it says business information unavailable.. this makes your website look like a bought template, or even free template.
These are a few comments I just thought of with a first sight of your pages. It's personnal opinion so take it or leave it !
keep it up.
