So I had all of my tabs in photoshop mixed around somehow and I searched up on how to reset it to default.
And I did that by pressing CTRL + Shift + Alt and open PS, then it let me reset it.

Now everything I do in Photoshop, like resize a picture using shift takes ages to load after I press enter.. what is going on here?
Also when I CTRL + T

Any help is highly appriciated..

Probably shouldn't have come to JSP, then.

in all seriousness though 1st issue:

1) you can reset your "workspace" (aka tabs mixed around somehow) by going to Window> Workspace > Default
The resetting your preferences was completely unnecessary and probably cleared basic cached transformations

2) Have you tried rebooting the computer and then running photoshop?
