Anybody know a good program that is free to download that is decent / has decent amount of options I bought photo explosion deluxe v.5 and it keeps crashing so I'm looking for a free one to use and practice with till I can get a new program at the store

Nope wasn't really shure what to use I'm just starting out tryin to learn how to make sigs I found a decent free gif editing program all I've attempted so far is removing frames and such bit tryin to find something that adds boarders / text to gifs that's easy to use

My first sig is the one I'm using now (very basic and shitty I know) lol

well you have to pay for photoshop or if you no how there are free ways lol

but i beleve gimp is free and is close to photoshop but it is different in some ways

but still a good graphics software

and if your looking for a good paint program easy paint tool sai is rlly good with sketching

i like to sketch in sai and paint in photoshop

Photoshop cs2 is the best free software atm

Get photoshop cs6 portable then go into the files look for the file called photoshop Cs6 go into that folder then launch it from there **it is illegal but just go to like mcdonalds or somthing and download it on a public network then go to firewall and make a new rule so it cant access the internet just in case then you should have THE BEST software out there for free and its just mildly illegal lol dont get caught.

gimp is good alternative. photoshop has some better features however...
