The good thing I suppose is you actually tried a few effects. Looks like you kinda spent time on it

The bad thing is, everything you tried didn't work. The tilted render, colors, those circles, the lines.. basically everything. Best advice at this point, is don't rush and practice, lots and lots of practice

e/ if and when you make another thread post all your attempts in that thread instead of making new ones, it'll help with feedback... kinda

I wouldn't bother with text til you get some of the basics down
A least you seem to understand the rule of thirds
