I was wondering what the best way to change a shirt colour in this picture was. Im noob and I know its not the best photo but im curious to see how you pros would approach it.
The problem is the hair seems to be annoying no matter what wat i approach it. Maybe you guys will know how to select just her hair so that i can put it as a layer overtop or something.
Thanks again for helping a nub!

create a mask using channels to select the shirt. Or use Color Range to make a selection.

I'd use color range, make a new layer, apply the image to the selection, then change the hue on that layer.
