WACOM hands down makes the best drawing tablets and the starting ones are very reasonably priced

as for software Adobe still makes the best overall image editing software

Corel Painter is excellent for digital painting if you want to get into that

thanks when i get my computer set-up i'm going to give coral painter 2015's trial a shot and if i like i'm probably going to buy it.

as for drawing tablet by wacom http://www.wacom.com/en/us/creative/intuos-pro-se

the intuos pro special edition would be the best for me to start with? i was wondering what i needed to get the wireless to work.. is it a usb stick for wireless i plug in my computer? or do i need a wireless card added to my motherboard?

i m also wondering, what would be the best software to use if i wanted to finish my drawings in photoshop and then add some 3d effects? could i possibly do it in photoshop or should i get another software for 3d?
