okay so in this picture i want to stretch just the corner that i have circled without stretching the rest of the layer since it does not fill enough of the screen for me

so how would i go about doing this?
(photoshop CS6)

also im kinda teaching myself how to use it and then googling and asking forums when i have questions

As for second - You do them even from the start.

if raster


1 Select pixels of thing you want to move
2 Cut Pixels
3 Paste (will automatically be on new layer)
4 Select original layer then stretch to make up the diffrence.

if vector

move vertices

i tried to but i couldnt do it by eye and when i use the ctrl + ' grid its uneven to begin with

as for the firs one the end i have circled i want stretched to the left to make it longer but dont want to move the rest of it

as for my second question if i needed to make it even from the start how can o go about doing this if the grid from ctrl + ' isn't even for me?

The grid is even, you are prolli just going at it wrong.

can i move the grid to centre it how i want it?

/e also how can i make the textures of the overlays look less cheesy
