Hello, I am having difficulties putting a Stroke option on the text in my .gifs frames. I highlight the frames in the timeline I want the text to be in, put in the text and check the stroke box in blending options. I uncheck the eye and recheck it, but only the first frame seems to have stroke while the rest remains the same. Am I doing something wrong?

There is also the issue with the text showing throughout all the frames instead of the certain ones I want it to be in.

Currently using Photoshop CS 6. Any help would be great~

not sure what are u tryiing to do, lmk and example, first of all try to bring all ur elements first on one file, cuz if u drop another layer to the file it ll showed on all frames, easy edit but anoying do this every time u drop a new layer or element to the file, how fix it, select the frames where the layer or element doesnt have to show, and un check the eye thing on the layer wile all frames are selected, thats all

lmk if this helps sorry for my bad english :P

Hide the text layer on whatever frames you don't want them to appear on

Yeah, it gets a tad bit tedious when you have to manually fix every frame.

So for example: I have a .Gif that has about 120 layers and I want to insert "Text A" is what we'll call it into layers 1-50. Afterwards I want to insert "Text B" between layers 75-120 and have no text between layers 50-75. I've tried to get this to work but the text keeps showing throughout all the frames.

I also want to have all the text have Stroke layer through them, but somehow when I select all the frames I want it on, it only appears that the first frame gets the Stroke layer and the rest are still untouched.

From what you're saying, I have to go in and manually do each layer/frame, which is tedious if you have quite a bit of them. Is there a way to do this in a group?

in the time this thread has taken to get to this point, you would have been long finished.
