There are many options to remove the background remove. I want to know with you which method apply you for background remove.

I use pentool.
Its called rendering,

Pentool, feathering, depends on how big the source image is and how small the final image will be.

draw an outline of the render with pen tool
right click, make selection
use marquee tool, right click, select inverse, delete
what's left is your render :)

make sure when you open the image to double click the original layer so it becomes unlocked so it has a transparent background as desired

depends on the type of background.

if it is all one color just use the magic eraser :)

If the whole background is a few colors or less I use magic wand.

I almost always add a layer mask, then do a quick outer selection with the straight lasso tool, getting roughly next to the object, then fill in the outer area with black to "erase", then go along the edge to paint away the rest. I only use the pen tool when I specifically need a path created.
