I run an online hockey league, and we are running a 20 team international tournament. I am looking for someone to make up a custom background for my website to reflect this.
www.IOHL.net << is our website, the banner at the top will be deleted. and all the space in the top will be empty , i would like the top of the background where the banner is currently to have IOHL and international online hockey league in there and i would like the 20 teams flags that are competing in the tournament incorporated somehow. other then those 2 things the rest of the background would be completely your call to make it your own, i just want something nice to put up there.

i noticed everything is capitalized except finland, any particular reason for that?
