Oh, and i dont want to have any background in the image, like the white in the back. Just want it to be the letters showing.
When i tried re sizing it myself, it resized the image but i still got a white background

The one you posted was 74kb jsp requirements is 70kb I lowered it to 65kb, its 400x150 which is okay.
