Im pretty noob when it comes to photoshop, and right now im just making anything to learn new tools and things like that. While i was watching a stream I decided I would try to maybe emulate an overlay.

I know this lacks creativity if i just emulate it but it does teach me so im okay with that.

TL:DR

How to I find/make the pattern(?) that you can see on the black part (bottom) of the overlay? The image isnt the greatest quality but you can see it has a pattern inside
