Looking for someone that is knowledgeable with publisher. I am trying to create a bulletin and I am having a hard time formatting the paper/design to what I want. Currently, I have been creating the bulletin with the standard 8.5 x 11 size. However, I am wanting to print/design on a 8.5 x 14 sheet, with the extra 3 inches being a perforated side. The perforated side will fold inside to make the paper become 8.5 x 11 again.

Any help?
