Using the provided pic I want a signature and an avatar made.

For the signature I want the eyes to glow on and off and in the top left corner I want it to say user name "JMF" and in the bottom right hand corner I want it to say "Panda BvB" they both most shine from left to right.

For the avatar I want just the face and I want the eyes to glow on and off and I for it to say "JMF", also needs to glow from left to right. Paying 200fg-500fg!

this animation job requires synchronization of the 3 different animations as well as doing the same thing in avatar or at least making sure it's functional when it's switched into one. it would take a good amount of time I would attempt it more like if u were paying 750 fg.

I'm willing to pay 750fg if I like what you do it's not a problem!
