I have a drawing I want to put into a vector graphic that I can resize and reuse over and over its just a plain black outline drawing I did when I was in high school one day, years ago.

I have a scanned version of it on my computer how do I put this into a vector graphic ? i have photoshop 7.0 with imageready 7.0

with the pen tool, check some tutorials on google

This, but I'd recommend Illustrator instead of Photoshop (if you own it)
