I used OBS to stream and I was getting a lot of dropped frames so i put my bit rate to 1800, it stopped the dropped frames but wondering if I took a hard quality hit.

OBS is currently the best software to use

if you're dropping frames make sure you don't have anything else open that could be hogging your bandwidth

how's your processor(percentage-wise) doing with painting and streaming in that res? I assume it would be hitting it pretty hard, might even be overheating causing the dropped frames, you could lower the res and fps to tone that down

Right now it's at 30%, I haven't tested with more layers yet but I will keep the res in mind. TY for the comment ^^.

no problem, if you're ever interested in streaming dedicated sound so you can see and listen to your stream for troubleshooting purposes without having the audio looping infinitely I recommend getting Virtual Audio Cable
