No tutorial used, everything made by head, I remember an old tutorial I used to make sigs like this all the time lol

Good use of clipping mask patterns. However maybe add detail to the sides?
Imagine the pattern that you have to the left of her with the curves of the breasts "accentuated", and by this I mean the pattern of that 'U dip' spiral around a few times (pen tool, brushing, c4ds, distortion filters). It would flow nicely with her hair.
Adding just the right amount of detail is hard. There is far too much light on both sides, which your render does not reflect. There is a shadow underneath her right cheek, indicative of a high light source on her left side.
