If you're referring to something that would appear on every single video you upload to youtube, then I suggest 5-10 second intros.. anything more than that, especially 15+ second videos are super annoying.

There are tons of templates out there with tutorials on how to put in your own text and tweak the intro with your own music/sounds/etc. I learned everything I know through youtubing tutorials, unfortunately I don't make vids for others.
