contrast is bad, especially on the guys face and colors look dull, it makes the purple look especially bad. this contrast problem is most evident on the guys face, which is overexposed and added some darkening filter, this looks really amateurish. you could make it much better by using some adjustment layers before adding that sepia toned filter to it. the cropping on the guy is also bad. i would use a high pass filter with some sharpening on the guys beard aswell to make it look much better.
