i can't seem to finish things.

Sketching is more of my style. Ye, eyes are bad but when i go back to fix them I tend to fuck the whole face up.

Eye patches always suffice. Just draw pirates, and you'll be set.

Just draw another face and learn from your mistake - the canthal tilt must be consistent between both eyes. The girl you drew has like -10 degrees on her right eye and +60 degrees on her left. A good tilt for a girl is like +15 degrees on both eyes. For a guy, a neutral tilt is best.
