I'm not sure if this is the wrong area to post this in....

but basically I'm looking for an avatar for Skype of.... say the chest of a dragon, maybe the head in there as well, and blood seeping through the scales around the heart area, possibly back lit on the heart of the dragon, that way it looks like it's heart is really hurt

if someone could give me a quote on how much they would charge (if charges would apply, I'm not sure if we're even supposed to be paying for these things tbh) I'd love to negotiate.

I'm just feeling really heart broken right now and I'm always feeling like I've got thick skin so I think the bleeding dragon heart scales would be the best picture right now for me
