This is my issue, I created a sig, and it is too big in file weight for jsp rules. When I compress this with tinypng, it looses it's quality drastically.
Is there a way I can choose the file weight size myself to maximize quality while still respecting jsp rules?
Here is my example.

Why does this need to be a png?
Just use jpg, I would only use png either if there is transparency or if I don't care about file size

When you save files in PS, use "Save for web" instead of "save as" if you aren't already
You can set the quality of jpg to max or a little below to fit the requirements
