It's hard for me to see what you did. All I see is a low quality cut&paste. I suggest that you do some tutorials and learn a bit more about the features photoshop has to offer.

Idk wtf I did either. I got a free copy of photoshop and dicked around with it. I just messed with the coloring..

Depends if you want to progress and learn more about the program
