When i use tiny png it reduces the kb to like 20 and reduces quality alot is there anyways i can reduce the kb less maybe like 60ish and keep better quality (i use tinypng.com)

Don't you use photoshop?
either save as jpg on the highest quality without going over 70 (or use a posterize adjustment if it's for one of those popout things)

imageoptim.com removes all the junk data from a png
