Really want to learn some new things.

(progress thread, hopefully I finish)

WIP:


I used a different technique for both eyes but I'm probably going to redo the right side to match how I did the left.. not sure yet.

Sad I'm starting to struggle now with doing the shape of her face.
(I thought that'd be the easiest part lol)
but I'm gonna try to not give up this time, I tend to get frustrated pretty easily.

Anyways any advice/tips would be great and hopefully I post more soon.

single path on eyelashes rarely ever looks good
everything in general needs more character to it, I say keep going

I'm not sure if I should keep editing things constantly or just keep going and just finish it and take it what I fucked up on and just keep it in mind for next time since it's just practice.

This is the problem I always have. Instead of moving on I tend to get hung up on certain things and keep trying to redo it over and over until I "get something presentable" which normally never happens.

Ya I think it's the main reason I always just give up.
I think this time I'm just going to keep going until I finish and just take notes on what I should work on next time.

I swear I don't think I'm doing the line for her face right at all but I'm getting frustrated so I just did it the only way I know how.

Just curious though does it look pixelated to you guys too?
I'm not sure how to fix this issue.

I can see a little jaggedness only if I look closely. idk man, it's not a big deal to me.
